| As a member of 3i, myself and three other individuals from RMJM NY were asked by Mr. Edgar and Mr.Bales (CFO of NY at the time) to identify possible niche markets shortly after the 2008 economic downturn. I choose to focus on high-growth, demand based markets, and identified Senior Housing condominium in Hong Kong, Singapore and ultimately China as a potential sector. I established contact with two immediate opportunities; Area 115 in TSW Hong Kong, and a private developer in Singapore with a site in Jurong East. |
